By completing the order at artphotoplace you automatically accept the following conditions that artphotoplace can modify, at any time and without notice, therefore it is the customer's responsibility to check the current version before proceeding with each purchase.

1) Description of the service
Artphotoplace.com is a trademark of Immagine-web sole proprietorship of Marco Zanella with tax office in Via L. Einaudi 1 31100 - Treviso (IT), VAT number IT02457540264.
artphotoplace is a platform for the purchase of photographic works printed upon acceptance of the order on fine art or paper pure canvas in the required format among the available and possibly mounted on a panel or frame.

2) Use
The customer has the possibility to select one or more works to be printed according to the dimensions and types chosen. The customer can contact directly artphotoplace.com for any requests other than those listed among the standard services or to request information. Any requests not included in the standard offer must be approved by the author of the purchased work. The visual representation of the photographic image on the site normally corresponds to the photographic image being sold, however it does has the sole purpose of presentation for sale, without any guarantee or commitment, by artphotoplace, also in consideration of the fact that the quality of the images (e.g. in terms of exact display of colors) may depend on the programs and IT tools used by the customer when connecting to the site.

3) Orders
Each sales contract stipulated between artphotoplace and the customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order of artphotoplace, the latter will still have the right to accept or not, at its discretion, the order sent by the customer, without the latter being able to make any claims or rights, in any capacity, including compensation, in the event of failure acceptance of the order itself.
Orders must be placed through the site. If the selected work has not already been reproduced, artphotoplace requests a deposit to customer confirming the interest in the work.
Before confirming the order, artphotoplace will verify that all components correspond to the required quality standards, in case of feedback positive artphotoplace will send the customer an e-mail of acceptance and confirmation of the order, containing the number, date and amount total of the order, the balance amount, as well as the product delivery methods.
The message will reproduce all the data entered by the customer who is required to verify its accuracy and to promptly communicate any corrections.
The deposit will be fully returned in case the material (the original file provided by the author) does not meet the required quality or what it is for justified reasons is not considered authentic. The order is a binding contract that cannot be canceled (see point 7).

4) Prices
Artphotoplace reserves the right to change prices on the site without notice. The prices of the works vary according to the format and support and they are calculated and clearly indicated on the relevant pages and in the shopping cart. Only for shipments to some countries, generally those outside the EU or North American continent, a refund will be added for shipping costs, which however, if present, will be communicated before proceeding with the order. Artphotoplace reserves the right to carry out promotions or issue discount codes that can be used by the customer in the manner described on the site. The customer will not be able to take advantage of codes or discounts retroactively. Artphotoplace reserves the right to vary the promotions and the duration of the same without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Any additional and different taxes, duties or duties provided for by the relevant applicable laws, such as those, are excluded from the total amount provided for import.
These amounts, if any, will be communicated in the order acceptance email, such additional expenses if not accepted by the customer, will only result in the return of the deposit paid, without the latter making any claims or rights whatsoever, in any capacity, including compensation.
